Free Online Women's Circle ❄️ Winter Light

As a heartfelt thank you for your support this year, I’m inviting you to a free online Women’s Circle to ease gently into the winter months.

The darkness of winter is settling in and this is the perfect moment to gather, reconnect and bring a little more light and warmth into our lives.

The program:

🫖We'll share (only if you feel like it) and reflect on winter’s quiet energies.

🌲I'll guide you through a soothing guided meditation using the essential oil of your choice. I would recommend orange or a pine/fir tree but whatever you have at home is totally fine. And if you don’t have any essential oils, don't worry, you can absolutely still join.

🕯️I’ll also share aroma & well-being rituals to help you embrace the colder months with more balance, joy and vitality.
