About the event
Just before the Winter Solstice and on the eve of St Lucia (the bearer of light), this Women’s Circle is an invitation to bring warmth, energy and a little brightness into the darkest time of the year.
We’ll explore the uplifting and energising world of essential oils through scent, meditation, ritual and reflection.
We’ll work with three powerful essential oils, exploring their properties and aromatic qualities through guided scented meditations, sensory exploration and simple rituals.
We’ll explore:
🕯️ Guided meditations with essential oils - grounding, reconnecting and coming back to your own inner light
🌿 Essential oil rituals - discover uplifting and energising oils and ways to work with them during the winter months
